Our concierge program is for patients who want a closer relationship with their physician — same-day access, longer visits, and direct communication, without the usual limits of a traditional practice.
How it starts: A 45-minute Meet & Greet consultation where we get to know each other. We’ll talk through:
- Why you’re considering concierge care and what you’re hoping to get out of it
- Your current and past medical history, medications, and allergies
- Your family history and lifestyle
Membership benefits:
- Same- or next-day appointments
- Longer, unhurried visits
- Direct phone/text access to your physician
- Telemedicine visits
- An annual Executive Physical Examination and EKG, included
- Coordination with specialists on your behalf
- Discounts on aesthetic products and procedures
- Your initial consultation fee is credited toward your first year’s membership
