Getting to the real root of your symptoms.
Allergy and mold-related symptoms can be frustrating — and often have more than one possible cause. This consultation takes a thorough, evidence-based look at your health, your environment, and your lifestyle to figure out what’s really going on, rather than jumping to conclusions.
Initial visit (30 minutes) covers:
- Medical history: your symptoms, timeline, and whether they’re seasonal or year-round; any history of asthma, eczema, sinus issues, or recurring infections; prior allergy testing; current medications; and family history
- Environmental review: your home and workplace, any past water damage or visible mold, humidity/ventilation, HVAC and air filtration, pets, and other potential exposures
- Lifestyle factors: sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, travel, and other environmental exposures
- A physical exam and bloodwork
Follow-up visit (45 minutes) covers:
- Reviewing your bloodwork results
- Recommendations for reducing allergen exposure at home or work
- Air quality and humidity guidance
- Medication adjustments
- Nutrition and lifestyle strategies
- Referral to an allergist, pulmonologist, or other specialist if needed
Our philosophy: we don’t assume mold is the cause of your symptoms without evidence to support it. Our goal is an honest, thorough evaluation — so you get the right treatment for the right reason.
