A personalized approach to hormone health.
Low testosterone can affect far more than you might expect. If you’ve been dealing with persistent fatigue, low energy, reduced muscle mass, weight gain, low libido, mood changes, or trouble concentrating, these can all be signs your hormone levels aren’t where they should be. Rather than guessing or treating symptoms in isolation, our TRT program is built around real data—your bloodwork, your history, and your goals—so you get a treatment plan that’s actually designed for your body, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
We also take monitoring seriously. Testosterone therapy isn’t something you start and forget about—it requires ongoing check-ins to make sure your levels stay in a safe, effective range and that treatment continues to work well for you over time.
What’s included:
- Initial consultation (45 min) — A thorough health assessment and physical exam, paired with bloodwork to get a clear, accurate picture of your current hormone levels and overall health. This step also covers your medical history, symptoms, and any medications that could be relevant to treatment.
- Follow-up consultation (30 min) — We’ll review your bloodwork results together and walk through what they mean. From there, we’ll build an individualized treatment plan—including dosing and delivery method—based on your specific levels and goals.
- Ongoing monitoring (every 4 months) — Once treatment begins, we’ll see you on a regular basis to track your progress, recheck bloodwork as needed, and adjust your plan if necessary. This ensures your therapy stays both safe and effective long-term, and gives you a consistent point of contact if symptoms or questions come up between visits.
Why it matters: Hormone therapy done well isn’t a quick fix—it’s a partnership. Our goal is to help you feel like yourself again, with a plan that’s monitored closely and adjusted as your body responds.
